Document preparation

Prepare accurate academic, identity, language, sponsor, translation and legalisation evidence as required.

Application submission

Review the final application and submit through the confirmed direct or partner-network route.

Offer and conditions

Check every condition, deadline, payment instruction and refund rule before accepting or paying an institution.

Visa preparation

Build a consistent visa file using current government requirements. No adviser can guarantee the decision or timing.

Pre-departure and arrival

Plan accommodation, travel, registration, insurance, budgeting and safe arrival after the relevant approval is issued.

Funding and sponsor

  • Current bank and income evidence
  • Sponsor relationship and declaration
  • Source-of-funds and business or employment evidence

Legal and health

  • Translations by an accepted provider
  • Notarisation, Apostille or legalisation where required
  • Police, medical and insurance documents at the correct stage
Route-specific additions

What changes by study level.

Language or foundation

Most recent education records, progression plan and the route into the intended degree. Explain why language or foundation preparation is appropriate.

Bachelor's

Secondary and higher-secondary results, subject prerequisites, English evidence and a clear reason for the chosen field and destination.

China bachelor’s and CSCA

Check whether CSCA is required, which Mathematics, Chinese, Physics or Chemistry papers match the programme, and the registration window before finalising a shortlist.

Master's

Bachelor's certificate and transcript, CV, relevant subject background, statement, references and work evidence where the programme requires it.

Doctorate or research

Research proposal, academic CV, publications, master's evidence, references and potential-supervisor or research-fit information.

Scholarship

Strong academic evidence, awards, leadership or activities, recommendation letters, tailored essays and every document named in the current call.

Visa stage

Offer or enrolment evidence, financial capacity, sponsor documents, genuine study explanation, health and character records according to current rules.
