From university offer to passport endorsement.

EMGS indicates a 14-working-day client charter for a complete application, but incomplete documents or external clearances can extend the process.

Receive an offer

Obtain an offer from a recognised Malaysian institution.

Submit to EMGS

Apply online or through the institution with the required documents and applicable fees.

Verification

Academic documents, passport information and other requirements are screened.

Receive eVAL

The electronic Visa Approval Letter is issued after approval.

Obtain entry visa

Bangladeshi students normally require the applicable Single-Entry Visa or eVisa before travel.

Complete MDAC

Submit the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card within the required pre-arrival window.

7

Medical screening

Attend an EMGS panel clinic within seven working days after arrival.

Student Pass endorsement

Your institution assists with passport endorsement after the required clearance.
