Shortlisting
Compare value, not an old fee table
Start with entry fit, programme content, awarding institution, city, total study duration and likely living costs. Ask for a current official quotation only after narrowing the list, because tuition, scholarships and extra charges can change by intake.

China scholarships
What “fully funded” should mean
Check the exact award notice for tuition, accommodation, insurance and monthly stipend coverage. A scholarship may cover all, some or none of these. Eligibility and application do not guarantee selection, and renewal may depend on academic performance.

South Korea work
Permission comes before part-time work
Eligible students may work only after meeting the applicable visa, language, academic, waiting-period and institutional conditions and obtaining required permission. Never build a study budget that depends entirely on future earnings.

Document safety
Share sensitive records at the right stage
Begin with the no-upload pre-assessment. Passport, bank, police and medical documents should be requested later through a confirmed channel, for a clear purpose, after consent and a case checklist.

Relationships
Understand the application route
“Authorised partner,” “partnership in progress,” “available through our partner network” and “information listing” are different. Ask which route applies before proceeding.

Payments

Review the scope, charges, refund terms and third-party costs before paying. Use only confirmed AlimStudy instructions and retain the signed agreement and official receipt.
